Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Vista

On Saturday, February 10, a woman was hit by a car in Vista on the 78. The San Diego Union Tribune reports that the woman has now been identified by the county Medical Examiner’s office as Tara Norine Johnson. The car that hit Tara Johnson, a pedestrian, was traveling west on the 78 near Emerald Drive. Tara Johnson passed away prior to being transported to a hospital.
